# Maestro

> Maestro runs coding agents on tickets from the board you already use. It takes tickets from Linear or Takt, runs Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode or pi on each one in a fresh Docker container on your own machine, streams every message and tool call to a live dashboard where you can message or stop the run, and writes the result back to the ticket.

Status: in private development. Early access is by invitation from the waitlist at https://maestro.spot/#waitlist. Pricing isn't set; it will be published on maestro.spot before Maestro asks anyone to pay. The agents run on the user's own subscriptions or API keys.

## How it works

- A board (Linear or Takt) sends Maestro a webhook when a ticket changes. Tickets stay on that board.
- Automations match board events to agents, for example a worker when a ticket is ready and a reviewer when it moves to review.
- A runner, one process on the user's machine, starts a fresh Docker container per session with the checkout, the project's instructions and skills, and only the secrets attached to it. The container is removed when the session stops; a stopped session can be resumed.
- The dashboard at https://app.maestro.spot shows each session live and lets the user message, stop or resume it.
- Results (pull request links, comments, status changes) are written back to the ticket with a link to the session.

## What ships today

- Agents: Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, pi.
- Boards: Linear, Takt.
- One Docker container per session; each session authenticates with a token issued for it alone.
- Sessions can have keys and mention each other to hand over work.
- Per-project instructions, skills, files, secrets and hooks around each session.
- A GraphQL API behind the dashboard, and the `maestro` command line for terminals and agents.
